Try this mixture of herbs, petals, and fragrant oil to soothe body and mind. With its sweet, herbal scent, lavender oil is widely used for relaxing, while rose is uplifting and soothing. Lemon balm, a common garden plant, is wonderfully calming.
How to make
1 Make the infusion by steeping the lemon balm and rose petals for 10 minutes in a teapot with 16 fl oz (500 ml) boiled water. Strain the liquid.
2 Add the lavender essential oil to the Epsom salt and combine to make a paste.
3 Strain the infused liquid into a bowl. Add the oil and salt paste to the strained infusion and stir until the salt is dissolved.
– As a footbath Add the infusion mixture to a warm footbath to soothe tired and aching feet.
– In the bath Add the infusion mixture to the bath immediately and unwind and relax.

Lemon balm dried herb 1 tbsp
Dried rose petals 1 tbsp
Water for the infusion 16 fl oz (500 ml)
Lavender essential oil 10 drops
Epsom salt 1 tbsp
