Soothing Muscle Soak

The essential oils in this blend work together to improve circulation, helping to repair muscle fibers and relieve pain. Mineral-rich Epsom salts reduce fatigue and soothe aches and pains, and the arnica and comfrey herbs help muscles recover from overexertion.

How to make

1 Make the comfrey and arnica infusion by steeping the herbs for 10 minutes in a teapot with 16 fl oz (500 ml) boiled water. Strain the liquid.

2 Add the essential oils to the Epsom salt and combine.

3 Add the Epsom salt and essential oil mixture to the strained herbal infusion and stir until dissolved.

Best uses

– As a bath infusion Add the infusion mixture to the bath immediately and bathe as usual.

Safe usage Do not use on broken or freshly shaved skin.
